es-module-lexer v3 exposes TypeScript-only exports and bare star re-exports. This removes the ESM TypeScript strip pass and statement-text scan. CommonJS TypeScript still needs Node's strip pass because cjs-module-lexer does not parse TypeScript syntax. The dependency stays pinned to the reviewed PR head until v3 is published. Git dependencies contain only tracked files. PR #220 excludes release artifacts, so npm installed the source commit without the full and asm.js entry points IITM loads.
The v3 release initializes parse synchronously and no longer exports initSync. It also decodes strings without eval, so IITM no longer needs its asm.js fallback. Refs: guybedford/es-module-lexer#239
