PowerPC crates

This repository contains various crates useful for writing Rust programs for PowerNV (Non-Virtualized) platforms:

• powerpc: CPU peripheral access and intrinsics
• powernv-rt: Startup code and interrupt handling
• oparex: A proof-of-concept port of the skiboot bare-metal boot firmware

Inspired by the upstream rust-embedded cortex-m and riscv crates.
