Issue in pausing all the APIs in one shot #1

We have made the setup for pausing the runscope apis using java script as per the steps in this repo.

One of team mate is finding issue in this, whenever he pauses , only few of the APIs in bucket are paused and resumed back.

When we pause it becomes an issue that only few are paused and we run the command
' node runscopemaintenance.js pause bucket key ' again to pause the left over apis.

Can you please suggest us any troubleshooting steps and any fix for to resolve this issue.
