Resolve npm dependencies as of the Docusaurus 2.1 release window. This avoids fresh installs pulling newer Webpack tooling that is incompatible with the older Docusaurus progress plugin configuration. Signed-off-by: Adelin Popa <popaadelin22@gmail.com>
