The Co-Scientist section documented the CLI only. The Cloud index was titled "Co-Scientist in Seqera CLI" and opened with "You interact with it through the Seqera CLI", while Cloud now also ships a Co-Scientist panel inside Seqera Platform. Customers starting a POC could not find the surface they were being pointed at. - Retitle the section "Co-Scientist" and frame it as two surfaces: the panel in Seqera Platform and the CLI, with separate get-started paths and a note on which capabilities are CLI-specific. - Add "Co-Scientist in Seqera Platform" covering opening the panel, page context and what the screenshot captures, conversations and history, @-references, background execution, and session file download. - Remove web-interface-specific framing from the projects page and move its edge cases to the Co-Scientist troubleshooting page. - Fix duplicate `Page context` heading in platform.md; rename the nested one to `Screenshots`. - Cut repeated statements of the two-surfaces fact across index.md and platform.md. - Replace "surfaces" product jargon with plain wording. - Terminology: "Nextflow workflows" -> "pipeline runs"; normalize "data link" -> "data-link" to match repo convention. - Fix passive voice, an ambiguous pronoun, a decorative em-dash pair, and non-parallel list punctuation. - Rename `Work your way` -> `Sessions, skills, and modes`. - Troubleshooting: drop bold from the `No projects configured yet` heading (only bolded heading in the directory) and align the cause wording with the sibling entry.
