Color Fieldtype #1485

At the moment, we can only add colors in my format - hex, rgb, etc... I think it could be beneficial if we could define it as a label => value pair so it's easier to reference in templates.

I am using Blade for my front-end but I don't think that matters in this case. When I allow dark blue color to be chosen as BG color for a block or content row, I would ideally want to check what color has been selected in a template - if selected color is blue, apply white text rather than black. At the moment, I can only check it against a HEX value which still works, it's just a bit difficult to come back to make changes if there's more people in a team that pick up a project to make changes down the line.
