Donation Appeal — Update Existing Design #11614
Description
The current donation appeal design does not match what we had planned or expected for it. This means that we'll have to update this design to match the new design as well.
We may decide to release Milestone 25 with it as-is instead, with only the new design for the latest appeal, and going back to update it afterwards. This is therefore a lower priority currently.

Closing this out as completed as per this PR. We decided that, instead of a new design or updating the existing design to match the existing spec better, we'd use the second reminder in place of the first one.
While we may have a ticket to do this in the future, it will come with its own design requirements.
