Windows 8.1: Go 1.27 builds fail to launch; Go 1.26 works

Casket 1.6.0 (windows/amd64, built with Go 1.27.0) no longer launches on Windows 8.1.

Go 1.27 changed the minimum Windows version in PE headers from 6.1 to 10.0, causing older Windows versions to reject the executable.

I rebuilt current master (3be7e977ac03) with Go 1.26.8, without modifying source or dependencies, and confirmed it works on Windows 8.1 amd64.
