Vale failures if not used in every workspace #128

I use multiple VS Code workspaces, each for a different project. When the Vale extension is installed it assumes you want Vale in every workspace and there are two errors that appear when it's not being used. One is failure to find the .vale.ini and the other is "There was an error running Vale TypeError [ERR_INVALID_ARG_TYPE]: The "file" argument must be of type string. Received undefined."

These errors are annoying and frequent enough that I've considered uninstalling the extension.
