…oved Core removed /v1/modules/text2vec-contextionary/concepts and /extensions in v1.38.16 and v1.39.6 (core #13083). Mark both sections removed, trim them to the old endpoint shape, mark the EXTENSIONS_STORAGE_* variables the same way, and drop the two code includes nothing else used.

v1-40/mainafter #548 was squash-merged.text2vec-contextionary: the concepts and extensions endpoints were removed in core 1.38.16 and 1.39.6 (modules(rest): remove /v1/modules endpoint and contextionary extension/concept handlers weaviate#13083). Mark both sections removed, keep the old endpoint shape for readers on earlier versions, mark theEXTENSIONS_STORAGE_*variables the same way, and drop the two code includes nothing else used.
