CraftBukkit 1.4.2R0.2 EssentialsVanished Players ALWAYS Visible on Dynmap #3

While running CB 1.4.2R0.2 Beta Build all Vanished and Unvanished players are ALWAYS visible on Dynmap, please fix as this is quite important for the methods of how my admins monitor problematic players.
