Keep terminal parser construction, bootstrap metadata, profile records, and adapter locks consistent with the dependency batch. Enable the Bun manager to synchronize future manifest and lockfile updates. Refs #469.

Why
The dependency batch requires compatible terminal parser construction and synchronized tool metadata.
Changes
Update the non-major dependencies and tool pins.
Adapt both terminal parsers to the nonzero dimension API, align the five bootstrap digests with the Mise release, and synchronize Vale and generated workflow references.
Synchronize the Bun lockfile with the updated adapter dependencies.
Enable Renovate's Bun manager so future Bun updates maintain their lockfiles.
Regenerate the profile manifests for the updated tools and reconcile records of configuration already present on main.
Validation
Formatting and comparison with the official Mise release checksums passed.
The workspace all-targets check, two pin tests, five workflow tests, and one terminal-grid regression test passed on Windows.
Windows generation matched all 16 profile manifests and passed the setup-script input audit.
Unix generation matched all 16 profile manifests and passed the setup-script input audit.
All eight profile-snapshot unit tests passed, including the binary payload and invalid-material rejection cases.
The frozen Bun install and adapter type check passed.
All 40 tests in the independent repository-settings workspace passed.
Renovate 44.169.0 strict configuration validation and local extraction passed, with both Bun projects associated with their lockfiles.
Hosted CI passed on the current head.
Closes #469.
